    Lamb biryani

Biryani is a dish of Indian cuisine made with Indian spices, rice and usually some kind of meat, or in some cases no meat, and sometimes, in addition, eggs and potatoes . This version of the recipe uses lamb, basmati rice, spinach and lamb or chicken stock. A very simple and delicious dish that will delight you!

    Materials you will need:

1 tablespoon spicy curry paste 500 grams of lean lamb steak or neck fillet, cubed 200 g basmati rice , washed with cold water 400 ml lamb or chicken stock 200 g of spinach

    Execution:

It is a fact that sushi has now escaped the borders of Japan and has conquered the world.

But its history does not begin around the millennium when the West began to love it, but it is more than a millennium and although you rightly consider the Land of the Rising Sun to be the world capital of sushi, in fact its roots are found in the rice fields of China in a dish of fermented rice and salted fish. That "ancient sushi" was called narezushi and the strange thing was that the rice was not eaten, but was only used to be able to preserve the fish and prevent bacteria from growing.

    TA'I'VAN

    Omelet with oysters
This is a snack that shows the richness of Taiwan: you get something from the sea and something from the land. The eggs are the ideal "wrapper" for the small oysters that are easily found around the island, while the starch added from the sweet potato gives the whole a sticky, pleasant texture. So it was more than expected that this dish was chosen as Taiwan's national dish in a gallop held a few years ago.

    INDONESIA

    Beef rendang
This dish comes from Padang in Sumatra and you should know that the local food is famous for how rich and spicy it tastes. Rendang in particular, is Padang's most famous curry , but without the broth, and definitely not one of the everyday foods, as it requires time and effort. Its secret lies in the sauce, which when cooked makes the beef particularly tender. There is also its... dried version, which is kept until the next important celebration.
